Aryan Davenport was born and Raised mostly in Fayetteville, North Carolina where she began dancing at age 3. Dance became something serious to her from the start. Her family was military, so she had to relocate to places such as Texas and Florida but no matter where she went she always continued to dance. After graduating high school in Fayetteville, Aryan moved out to Los Angeles where she pursued her professional dancing career. She has choreographed for artists such as Tank, Big Sean, YG, 2 Chainz, and Nicki Minaj; Working on things like movies, award shows, and tours. She continues to dance, choreograph and teach all over the world!
Kim Beauregard started her career teaching dance at Rosemary’s School of Dance in Rhode Island. In 1988 Kim opened her first studio in Thompson, Connecticut. She relocated to Port St Lucie, Florida in 2003 and started a new studio here. Kimberly’s School of Dance Education was in business until 2012 when Kim retired from teaching. Kim is still very involved in dance through the Port St Lucie High School drama department where she has been the choreographer since 2009. Many of Kim’s students have gone on to career’s teaching dance and performing.
Monica Figueroa graduated manga cum laude with a BFA in Dance-Theatre from Lehman College in the Bronx, NY. She is trained in various styles of dance such as ballet, modern, jazz and tap. She has trained at Peridance, Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway with greats such as Ron K. Brown, Brenda Bufalino and Maurice Hines. Monica has taught dance in New York at public schools, Lehman College, Palomba Music and Dance Academy, Tap Captain at the Macy*s Tap-O-Mania Event, The Point Community Center and in the NY Juvenile Justice System. Her most recent work includes choreographing a piece, “Le Cirque Versatile,” which her dance class performed at the annual Believe dance concert at TCHS (2018). Her most recent performances were dancing with the Arthur Aviles Typical Theatre at various venues throughout New York such as the Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance, DTW, Jacob’s Pillow, Joe’s Pub, Lincoln Center Out-Of-Doors and Central Park Summer stage.
Sonya Uriostegui began taking dance classes around the age of fourteen years old at Treasure Coast High School. Throughout the years, she realized that hip hop was were she could express herself the most. Sonya continued to dance after high school at Indian River State College, where she received her associate degree. Sonya is now attending the University of South Florida majoring in Communication and minoring in dance. Acknowledging the fact that Sonya could not afford the after-school dance classes, or studio time, this program is truly important to her.
Coming from a gymnastics background. Crystavia Clark first found her love for dance in high school where she came to be sort of a natural. After attending dance classes and performing in shows, Crystavia decided to continue on to Indian River State College where she received her Associates degree in 2016. She is currently attending the University of South Florida to obtain a BFA Dance Degree. With her degree Crystavia intends to give back to the ethnic community in the form of art. By starting after school non-profit programs and opening studios that'll allow the youth to have a place they are artistically allowed to be who they are through music. painting/drawing and dance Crystavia wants to have a positive impact on our youth.
